How to schedule

The best way to reach me for scheduling is by phone or text: 206-504-9547. For Acupuncture new patient appointments at my office, please allow for 90 minutes for the first visit. Return visits can be 45, 60 or 90 minutes. Energy healing sessions are an hour. Shorter or longer sessions are available upon request.

What to expect for sessions

In Person: My office is on the second floor, stairs only. There is free on-street parking in the neighborhood. When you arrive, I will meet you at the front door of the building to let you in. I’ll be downstairs around the start of your appointment time. If you arrive early or are running late, please text or call me to let me know. I do not check emails in the treatment room or on my cell phone.

Distance Healing: Our session can be over the phone, WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Zoom. Be in a quiet place where you can sit or rest comfortably without a lot of distractions.

Before your first office visit, please complete both the Client Information and Patient Intake forms linked below. Please bring the completed paperwork with you or email  forms to healingtraditions1@gmail.com at least 48 hours prior to your session.

Mask Policy for in-person sessions

I work with people who are immunocompromised, have comorbidities and Long COVID. With the highly infectious nature of circulating respiratory and gastrointestinal viruses, please do NOT come in if you are actively:

• Sick – coughing, sneezing, sore throat, cold and flu or gastrointestinal symptoms. Best to stay home and rest! Call or text me to reschedule.
• Are testing positive for COVID without symptoms.

I appreciate your attention to these details. Masks are required in my office. Please wear a well-fitting KN-95 or KN-94 or surgical mask to the appointment. I’ll be wearing a mask and running an air purifier in the treatment room. I have hand sanitizer available for you to use. I spray and wipe down the treatment room in between each patient. It’s important for me to keep myself, my family and you all healthy and safe in my office! Your safety and comfort is foremost in my mind.

Payment for Services

Payment is expected at the time of your visit. I accept checks, cash, Zelle (206-504-9547) or Venmo (@Wendy-Mintiero)

I do not take insurance, but can provide you with a statement to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement for out-of-network care for acupuncture.

I offer a sliding scale fee for services. Please contact me for current rates.
